There are a lot of people who are looking to get the most that they can with their mailers. You can get items, and further stock them up. There are many decisions that people want to make, and it can be overwhelming just choosing some options for your business. You might wonder if what you’re providing is what customers want, or if you need to create new designs. You also might wonder if you’re able to ship out products without them being damaged and compromised. Whether it is that your’e approaching a new launch, or just want to offer some differences, you might want to consider either kraft or bubble poly mailers. Here, we’ll go over the pros and cons of both.
The Customization of Shipments
Kraft ones are great for making it easy to recognize, and you can usually print decently on that. Poly bubble mailers tend to offer more professionalism, and a clean look that comes with the designs. You can customize both of thee though, if you want to add in the name of the company.
You can also, with kraft bubble mailers, draw and stamp them too. You can’t do that with poly bubble unless they’re made with a substrate that allows that. However, with both you can also add stickers, various artwork, and fun designs, including taglines, logos, and also contact information such as phone numbers for this.
The Eco Friendliness
Both of these are actually pretty eco-friendly. Poly bubble mailers do have some recyclability to it. you just cut off the personal information, and then, throw the excess in the recycling bin. For kraft bubble mailers, you do need to add some more lines of separation, especially if they have the bubble added to it. you need to cut the kraft paper from the bubble lining inside. But, if you have customers that prefer those, they’re better options than possibly going with the poly bubble mailers.
Securing Items

Both of these are also good for securing the merchandise. They both come with adhesives that you can just pull off, and then, push the sticky side downwards to make a quick seal. They’re also considered tamper evident too, so that if there is a chance that something was opened, the customer will know about it.
But only the poly bubble mailers are resistant to moisture, so if you’re shipping stuff during the rainy months, or from cold locations, the poly bubble mailers will be better. the kraft ones are made using paper, which is fine, minus the fact that they can get messed up if the weather is bad.
Kraft ones are a bit cheaper though. Even though they’re not as resistant to moisture, they are able to cost a bit less, so if you can handle the possible risks with this, you should be fine. You usually have to make a decision based on what you need.
Kraft mailers are good if you want something that’s easy to use, and they do offer the same sophistication and sealing that the poly bubble mailers do. For companies that avoid using excessive plastic, then you’ll want to go with Kraft. If you’re using stamping and drawing, go with kraft too.

If you are willing to pay a little bit extra, and need something that’s resistant to the elements, and usually is able to handle a little bit more from this, then you should consider a poly mailer.
But the decision on what to use is ultimately your own, and if you’re not sure, contact a supplier in order to help you decide.
